I did not have high hopes for a third installment of a horror movie that had basically the same story in the first two, where unsuspecting travelers are abducted and sent to a club where people pay to bind, torture and kill. The first two were set in Europe. Hostel III is set in Sin City, Las Vegas. A group of men go to Vegas for a bachelor party. Murder ensues. There were a few twist, and the story, although not completely off the formula, was different enough to keep me interested. The movie is often gory, and as always, violent.
